Anyone who pays their council tax to the Council can book a large items collection with us.
We will take up to six items for each large items collection you book.
Three bin bags count as one item, so you can have up to 18 rubbish sacks/sacks of garden waste collected.
To complete this form you will need an online account.
Things we won't collect as part of a large items collection
- Soil, rubble and building waste
- Broken glass panes (unless boxed or wrapped and clearly marked)
- Sheds
- Boilers
- Gas Canisters
- Asbestos
- Pianos
We do collect mirror/glass panes, as long as they are no more than 1 x 1.5 metres in size
Once you have booked your large items collection we will let you know the date of your collection.
- Collections will normally happen between 6am and 3pm, Monday - Friday.
- Please leave all listed items at the front of your property (not on the pavement) by 6am on the day of collection and no earlier than 3:30pm the day prior to collection.
