Items should be accessible from 7am on their scheduled appointment days. Items may be collected by more than one crew for recycling purposes.

Access

If your wheeled bin is presented in a tenfoot, bulky items should be presented in your front garden to enable our vehicle to gain access. If, at the time of collection, access is not gained to the items for any reason, we will leave a customer response card.

Other disposal options

Another option for disposing of your unwanted household items would be to take them to one of our household waste recycling centres, located at Burma Drive, Sutton Fields and Wiltshire Road.
